CHINA, Delays Execution

Philippines- China delays Execution to the 3 Filipino drug couriers , the Chinese Government does not assure that the penalty of the three couriers wouldn't be implemented , The China Government says that it is part of their Law, But the Philippine Government sent Jejomar Binay the Vice Pres to negotiate the situation.
